this town's a different town to what it was last night, you couldn't have
done that on a sunday

I swear I ate and cooked best in my second and third year of university,
weird though that seems - I mean, my first year was definitely full of
lukewarm...

testing from brett
hi,
Brett again, trying to work out this stupid blog stuff, why cant thet make it simple.
went to clinic last monday to pick up two week preop VLCD (very low calorie diet).
i never knew one could function let alone stay alive on so few calories.
it is a meal replacement in a glass, which comes in a satchet and you mix with water, and the colder it is seems to make it better. i have three times a day.im allowed extra water or tea/coffee black only.
i have a treat once a day, being a multivitamin pill.the first few days i was nearly crawling up the walls,on the second day, i cheated and had 1 (one) peanut.mmmmm so nice.
I have been losing more than a day kilo as i have to lose 5% of bodyweight before op.willie heated up a pie yesterday and i sniffed it so much the top nearly flew off.
well its count down now, into ascot on 18th and i think ill be there for two days.if i dont wake up from op then i may be out sooner. lmao.
the surgeon said not to worry, very few people die from this op,which is reassuring, but the more people that dont, increase the odds that someones number is getting closer.i refuse to go leg up after having spent so much on this.
if i havent got your email or phone worked out, happy birthday.
